However moving on
please sign-up for a new account and we will get you running as fast as we humanly can. I greatly apologize for the delays but working my day job, while dealing with the legal section of this unfortunate event and getting the new hardware configured has been a huge battle vs time. I understand several of you are upset, I understand many of you may not choose to come back and for that I can not argue. All I can say is that I have bent over backwards for this project of mine and will continue to do so. I have invested thousands of dollars of my own money and have in returned financially wise received very little. All premium users will now receive 3 months free -- as well as now receive bi-weekly emails informing them if their backup was successful or failed and stored on a completely separate server. Free users will receive a link monthly and have 72 hours to download the backup before it gets deleted.
I wanted to utilize this outage to finally configure the network and billing/packages like I always wanted too after learning a great deal over the last two years. My day job has been a huge inconvenience in this matter and has caused this to go on much...much longer then I could of ever anticipate. Please know that this has been a stressful time for me and I can not relax/enjoy anything till fully resolved. Seriously this past Sunday was my birthday and I did nothing but search hard drives for any potential backups of our users
Please feel free to email me at jessay at angrygaming dot org
It is literally impossible right now to get ahold of me via IM I just do not have the time to commit to a live conversation right now.

Can you answer this question, with at least an approximate date?

Hey Jessay!
I know you're trying and I can relate to the 'day job' gig! I think the link to sign up for a new account is either broken... or my browser is broken :-D. Can only seem to reach a free hosting account, not a premium sign up.
Just want to get going again. If we need to start fresh then we'll start fresh if you can't find our back up. We're going to be transitioning to a new domain anyway. Sent you an email so if you can let me know either way.
Thanks!

Much like the user above me, I am having ordering issues. I clicked Order Now, and a small little popup shows up saying that I must choose a valid package. I then clicked Order Now (Free User was the only one there). Nothing happened after clicking it.
I understand the situation so I will patiently wait. I appreciate that you offer such a cooperative and free service us server owners. You take a lot of stress of our backs, so I feel that instead of pestering you we should patiently wait and drop a load of stress off of your back.
Anyways, I just need my stats up so my members can stop pestering me
Cheers,
Amack

can't change the package, and can't click order, as it goes no-where.
If the system is indeed working, maybe explaining what's wrong? I've tried this in IE, FireFox, and Chrome.

there you go to place an order and I noticed what caused the problem, the website was using a specific package and that is my apologies. Thank you for bringing it to my attention I will update the site immediately.

I'm in no rush or anything so don't take this as a flame post but I'm curious to know the turnaround time for new applications? I submitted one a week ago and my package is still pending approval. I can only assume you're all super busy, but do you have an approximation for setting up new clients?
I totally get that you have premium members to address first and probably a million other things to do; I'm just curious.
Thanks!
