Just wanted to say Hi and thanks for offering free hlxstats hosting for server owners for such people like myself.


Just wondering if the hlxstats hosting package be big enough for two servers, as I'm not running anything else on them.


(Also the status of my account has been Provisioning for about a week now and was wondering if I could get help with that.)

Thanks. Just set up everything and for some reason it doesn't want to log.


I haven't touched the Default crons and I have

logaddress_add 
sinfulkillers.hlxce.net:27240

in my server.cfg's


Also I am getting connection refused when trying to connect to the ssh.

make sure you have log on in your .cfg, also that logaddress_add sinfulkillers.hlxce.net:27240 is in one line. you might need to try to use box3.hlxce.net instead of your custom domain as there are issues with long URLs(part of URL/port gets cut off)
also, make sure you reload the daemon using port 27240 via web(admin panel in stats)

I have added logaddress_add box3.hlxce.net:27240 to my server.cfg restarted the server just incase... and reloaded the daemon using the port waited 13 minutes and not seeing anything.

We are running a rather strict safety measure - we need to allow the gameserver IPs to connect through our firewall. It takes some time to go live. When the new rule goes live, your stats will start working without you doing anything (you have done everything already)

Ok sweet. So far one TF2 server is working; just another and a TS server to go

Okay, I can now say that all the IPs have been added to the exception list along with your TS server info. your TF2 servers are logging fine but your TS server is not displaying the info but we are sure that this is not a problem on our side so please verify you have the right voice server information entered.
