I have always opted to go with less popular routes in referring to software I choose to use and build my projects upon typically favoring more indie development small businesses. While it does at times lead to positive friendships ultimately from a technical point of view it unfortunately reduces our capabilities. One example of this would be our billing software we utilize is known as Ipanel. While it received steady updates and support was atleast somewhat present I have come to realize since the new owner that development is all but dead. I have for the first time ever faced a licensing issue, and while Ihost may recover from this outage it forces me to take a second look at using WHMCS. While AGN is far from lucrative it does have a solid user base and I am already familiar with WHMCS with it managing my small business hosting project. I feel WHMCS would allow me to take advantage of their API, the ability to integrate billing and support into the website as well as some other back-end things becoming more automated and requiring less staff interaction allowing for smooth operations.
While this is more of a hey just a heads up notice I have no problems seeing some other requests from you the user. With stability and overkill hardware allowing for even at peak hours extremely low cpu averages and ram never spiking more then 60%. I can now focus on the quality of service offered to the end user and even if you are a free user please feel free to comment and provide suggestions. Thanks

I have changed the back-end of my DNS management. While the old one not once failed on me, I had an opportunity to pay only 30% of the total it would of cost me to get an enterprise level DNS management account. I have decided to take advantage of this opportunity and this should not cause any outages. However those with domains being managed by me will need to adjust their DNS records from the EveryDNS as I am no longer with them. Please submit a ticket via support.angrygaming.org to initiate the transfer

WHMCS is an extremely great and fully integrated / user friendly software that would be an amazing integration to AGN. Yes the automated features would be really helpful, but then it has alot of backend trackers that would also help you see whats going on with your payments / community in general that would help you make better moves. Hopefully this integration doesn't endup meaning that the majority will have to start paying for services, but truthfully at this point in time now, i woulnt mind.

Just the fact that its extremely customizable and integratable with the actually AGN template makes it an amazing choice.

I do have one question though, as i have no access to my original Ipanel account, which is where my package "afy.hlxce.net", i had sent you an email with my new ipanel account information so you could transfer the package, but as busy as you are, the wait is not a problem. So as for any upgrading or changes, im unable to do until then.

More on the account problem

If adding me on steam would make things easier, id appreciate it.
