I am not sure what my host is? I am trying to add it to the game server configs but I cant find a IP anywhere

For some reason when we ban someone in game it dont log to our website. I we are using that Hostname and that port u gave me. I am not sure what else to do. When I try to reinstall the Scripts on the webhost and put in that hostname name it dont allow me. It will only take localhost
